Auction and Pick Up Location: 2428 Palumbo Drive, Suite 140, Lexington, KY 40509 

Auction Pick-up Dates and Times: Sunday, June 16th 10AM - 6PM and Monday, June 17th 10AM - 6PM. Shipping is available. 

15% buyers premium added to all winning bids plus 6% KY sales tax. Tax exempt customers can have sales tax waived by providing resale certificate.

All items are absolute. After the starting bid, items will sell to the highest bidder. 

• Your card on file will be charged only for won purchases unless you inform us you will be a cash only buyer.
• Pick ups must be made within the designated pick-up dates and times. Items cannot be placed on hold and is subject to restock without refund. Bluegrass Bids reserve the right to deny any late pickups. 
• Arrangement for pick up at a later date can be made by contacting management. If accepted, a $5 storage fee will be added and arrangement can be made to pick items at the next scheduled pick-up dates.
• You may send someone other than yourself to pick-up your won items.
• Please call the phone number (859)303-6357 when you arrive in the back of our building to pick up.
• You may provide a valid resale certificate to have the sales tax removed. No resale certificate is required to bid.
• We do test and validate items we sell to the best of our ability. Our customers are our number one priority, and we strive to provide an exceptional bidding experience. 
• Any item that is in non-working condition, defective or damaged can be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
